Because every vehicle is unique, results and service requirements may vary based on condition, age, and prior maintenance.

Quotes & Pricing

Quotes provided through our website, by phone, email, or social media are estimates based on the information available at the time.

Final pricing may vary if:

• The vehicle's condition differs from what was described

• Additional services are requested

• Excessive contamination, staining, pet hair, or corrective work is required

Any changes will be discussed and approved before additional work is performed.

Appointments

To ensure the best possible service, we ask that customers:

• Arrive at their scheduled appointment time

• Provide accurate vehicle information when booking

• Remove valuables and personal belongings prior to service

Should you need to reschedule, we appreciate as much notice as possible.

Cancellations

We understand that schedules change.

Appointments cancelled with insufficient notice or missed without communication may be subject to a cancellation fee. Deposits, when required, may be non-refundable.

Our objective is always to work with customers fairly and respectfully.

Vehicle Condition

Customers are encouraged to disclose any known concerns, including:

• Existing paint damage

• Previous body repairs

• Mechanical issues

• Delicate or aftermarket components

While we exercise the utmost care during every service, G.E. Auto Detail Ltd. cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage, deterioration, or defects that become visible during the detailing process.

Service Results

Professional detailing can dramatically improve a vehicle's appearance; however, not all imperfections can be permanently corrected.

Results may vary depending on:

• Vehicle age and condition

• Paint quality and history

• Severity of staining or contamination

• Existing wear and damage

We will always provide honest recommendations and realistic expectations.

Personal Belongings

We recommend removing all valuables and personal items before your appointment.

G.E. Auto Detail Ltd. is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced personal property left inside a vehicle.

Photography

We may occasionally photograph vehicles before, during, or after service for training, portfolio, website, or marketing purposes.

No personal customer information will ever be shared. If you prefer that your vehicle not be photographed, simply let us know before your appointment.
